It’s an art ensuring artists and celebrities (and sometimes VIPS) get to one place at one time – and travel & transport logistics is how we do it. While CSAE oversees the entire travel & transport process from pre- to post-production, the company also employs qualified professionals to do so.

Given the need to tread softly on the planet, events today demand methods of greening to ensure a carbon-friendly environment. CSAE works with experts in the field to lower energy use-age, tame litter and off-set other unnecessary environmental bug-bears.

While the event is happening, CSAE knows that you want to record the moment/s. Bearing this in mind, we use top flight photographers - from those specializing in social events to fashion shutter-bugs - to meet client expectation of post-event images.

With its own script-writing department, CSAE has top professionals at hand to create scripts which capture the essence of the event and, if required, speeches which demand attention.

With safety a key priority of any event, CSAE ensures disaster management plans are designed - ensuring that guests and attendees have a clear means of escape and medical support in the unlikely event of anything untoward. This hallmark element is given credence by a clean bill of safety at any of our events.

CSAE knows that an event starts from the moment the first truck arrives with stage or other technical rigging and, bearing this in mind, the company uses only well-reputed professionals in the field while ensuring on-hand medical safety support. CSAE also provides clients with a full rigging and strike event schedule.

When required, CSAE has a significant network of sponsors to approach for whom the company creates credible, comprehensive proposals with a full presentation of publicity returns (including media value outcomes).

With event safety being a critical concern, in all events it manages CSAE works with the best, most-reputable, private security companies while integrating with the South African Police and local Metropolitan Police where required.

This is sometimes the hardest part of an event – creating the invitation list and then making sure that guests arrive! After numerous events in the black tie and corporate environment, CSAE provides an expert Invitation & RSVP service (where required) for client peace of mind.
